Aston Rowe is an estate agency that’s growing fast, and had quickly gained a great reputation surrounding their first office. But they’re ambitious and the opening of a second branch in a new area required that they up their game.
After conducting workshops with staff and talking to clients the secret of their success was clear – a passionate team, genuinely striving to make a positive improvement to the way estate agency is commonly done.
We proposed a brave approach to their brand – to go front and centre with their values and beliefs, identifying and articulating their ultimate guiding principle: “Do Better”.
So rather than the standard estate agency brochure, we gave them a compact but powerful Manifesto – as much internal aide-memoire as marketing tool. Portraits were shot in a home setting, not an office, capturing a stylish modernity which extended to the rest of the brand. Bright colours and patterns based on an upward arrow create a strikingly positive impression at a glance.
We embraced the challenge of adapting the brand to the templated web solution chosen by the client. The strength of the messaging and graphic elements ensure that the brand translates as well online as it does in print and in their offices, where their values adorn walls and windows in a bold statement of intent.
