Bective are a West London Estate Agency with a fine pedigree and unparalleled track-record. But the way they presented themselves wasn’t doing them justice.
Their agents have lived and worked in the area for years – sometimes decades. They’re career professionals and well-known faces. So while many agents claim to know their patch better than anyone, Bective go one better – the locals know their people too.
The proposition highlights this, and the creative centered around an illustrated map which shows the places where staff have a personal connection – their wedding reception venue or where they saw their first gig.
We created a brand which is visually striking, characterful, charming and entirely unlike anything else in the market. And implemented it in a way which encourages conversations about the personal connections with places, which are the mark of a genuine local.
