A new brand for Franklyn James
Having opened in 2004, by 2014 Franklyn James was a successful, growing business, but had never quantified what made them special.
The answer came from owner Sandy, “I won’t have lying.” he said to us, “And that includes the usual lies estate agents tell, like saying a house is worth more than it is to get an instruction.”
Meeting staff, we found honesty and a no-nonsense approach, a focus on getting the basics right, and a fierce work ethic. We articulated this with a wordplay that was too good to pass up. It’s an identity which disarms, gently disrupts, and occasionally raises a smile within an industry which rarely does.
