A new brand for Fruition Properties
Fruition are a family run and rapidly expanding firm of developers with a difference. Starting with single-dwelling developments in the suburbs, they now have a diverse portfolio of innovative developments and cost-effective housing in the capital’s most desirable postcodes.
Their success is the result of an exceptionally strong value set and resolutely people-centered approach and it was these differences which we sought to articulate.
We created a mark which can be used as a containing device for imagery, which literally represents their positioning. The identity was brought to life through a range of striking collateral and an impactful fully-responsive website.
