Flink from haart
When haart estate agents launched a new technology to help sellers reach ‘passive’ buyers (those not actively searching the portals) using algorithmically retargeted social media marketing, our challenge was to make this complex product understandable to the public, without understating how smart it is – Flink means ‘clever’ in Norwegian.
The answer was to make it personal. The ‘passive buyer’ became ‘Jess’ who wasn’t thinking of moving until she pictured herself baking muffins in the photo of your kitchen she saw on Facebook.
An animation brought her – and the product – to life, and the carefully structured marketing campaign ensured that Flink remained clever – but never baffling.
