Rebranding Madley
When the Madley team approached us, it became clear that this boutique estate agency had loftier ambitions than most.
They understood that the traditional model didn’t work. They set out to rethink the entire approach, beginning with what vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants actually need, rather than what makes life easier for agents.
‘Form Follows Function’ – the rallying cry of the modernist movement – was our inspiration. An uncompromisingly minimal aesthetic, rigorous and uncompromising in application. Primary colours, a strict grid, a single typeface in a single weight and photographs of buildings which espouse modernist values. Stripping out the noise, leaving only what’s needed.
