A brand identity and website for Peridot Partners
We created a brand identity and website for Peridot – an executive search firm working across third sector, education and membership sectors. But they’re a business with a mission – to transform leadership and inspire change.
Resolutely non-conformist, and profoundly human, in the way they think about and conduct business, they needed a brand to communicate this. And in seeking to question and challenge thinking and practices within the sector they needed a website to promote content and knowledge sharing, not just advertise positions.
We took time to really understand them, their context, and their offer, in order to base our creative work on a brand strategy that was authentic, distinct and compelling.
From there we set out to create a brand that was modern, approachable, and informal, with a mark that had humanity at its core. An identity that is not afraid to stand out in a context that often apes the most conventional tropes of big-business. Like Peridot themselves, we built an identity that was flexible, bright and youthful, without ever sacrificing polish and professionalism, and designed a website that is alive with content, movement, colour and life.
