Evolving RFEA's brand
RFEA – The Forces Employment Charity – approached us with a tired identity, no clear direction for imagery, and a website which wasn’t performing.
One of the oldest military charities, they have changed and adapted over the years, and their passion for the work they do was clear; but had never really analysed what they believed in, what they were like and, most importantly, why they exist.
We evolved their identity to be more adult, shot portraits of real-life heroes which gave them the stature and respect they deserve, and relaunched their website, which saw a 300% increase in online applications in its first week.
